UPMC Pinnacle is looking for a qualified and compassionate board-certified physician to join an expert team of providers of the Post-Acute and Long Term Care Program. The physician will provide care including new patient assessments, follow ups and discharges at our five affiliated sub-acute and long term care facilities. Our goal is to provide high quality, person-centered geriatric care through smooth integration of all affiliated facilities, providers and specialties. The position provides a flexible, M-F schedule with shared team call during the week and weekends and a reasonable workload.

Professional Skills:

  • Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Geriatrics
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
  • Team oriented with ability to provide personalized patient care and demonstrate positive clinical outcomes

Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a long-term care focused Geriatrician to join one of the largest and most well-established geriatric programs in the region. This opportunity provides a nursing home-based experience as well as a rotating geriatric consultative service within the hospital. This employed practice with a mission of educating patients and meeting the needs of vulnerable older adults within the Lancaster area, is comprised of 3 office locations, 15 BC Geriatricians and 16 Geriatric Nurse Practitioners. Long-term care and comprehensive medical direction is provided at 7 facilities throughout the community. Additional responsibilities associated with this role include teaching and precepting residents and geriatric fellows.
